For most people, the services software is not only a medium of communication; it also will change our performance when using on work. In this paper, we proposed a comprehensive model which integrated social presence theory, media richness theory, and perceived interactivity, and the Task-Technology Fit to investigate the influence of the usage of social network services in organizational communication. Among the many social network services software, LINE has high market share is this study’s topic. The research method in this paper is survey and 92 respondents are received. This study is adopting Partial Least Squares to analysis the collected data. The research finding indicated that (1) media richness theory and perceived interactivity positive influences Task-Technology Fit. (2) Task-Technology Fit positive influences organizational communication satisfaction. Empirical findings suggest that organization adopt the social network services software for their employees’ use on communication can enhance performance are presented.
