Conduct surveys to participate in childcare subsidies Professional Training for the object, and 771 valid questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, discriminant analysis and other statistical methods for data analysis. The results of data analysis, This study found the following conclusions based on the results of data analysis: 1. Attend childcare Professional Training participants from different backgrounds have significant difference in learning satisfaction. 2. Learning satisfaction attend childcare Professional Training Course participants have a positive impact on academic performance. 3.
