Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 102 === This study aimed to explore the home care attendant learning and vocational training satisfaction of learning outcomes and analyze differences in family background variables attendant care satisfaction in learning situations. Conduct surveys to participate in childcare subsidies Professional Training for the object, and 771 valid questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, discriminant analysis and other statistical methods for data analysis. The results of data analysis, This study found the following conclusions based on the results of data analysis:
1. Attend childcare Professional Training participants from different backgrounds have significant difference in learning satisfaction.
2. Learning satisfaction attend childcare Professional Training Course participants have a positive impact on academic performance.
3. Learning satisfaction to participate in childcare for Professional Training participants through skills test has a positive predictive power.
