Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 102 === This study is aimed to discuss the relevance among personality traits, leadership style and job involvement. Regular and atypical employees in department of health , Tainan city government are being studied. 283 copies of survey were distributed and 264 copies were collected with 253 valid. The effective response rate is 89.40%. The result based on the survey and analysis of SPSS statistics indicates:
1.Employees are aware of a little more work responsibility and less work recognition.
2.Employees perceive leadership style tending to high consideration and high initiating structure.
3.Age and educational attainment have effect on work responsibility.
4.Educational attainment and employment status have effect on work recognition.
5.Leadership style with consideration or initiating structure has effect on work responsibility and work recognition.
