The Research on the Relationship between’ Adolescence Subculture and School Life Adjustment of vocational students：Take pingtung as an example

碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 102 === 　　The motif of the research is to analyze the relationship among the background variables (gender, grade, divisions) of vocational students, adolescence subcultures and school life adjustment. The research is carried out by means of using questionnaires, and its targets are private vocational students in Pingtung County. There are 790 questionnaires totally, 744 are valid, and the others are invalid. The response rate is 94%. The research analyzes all the information by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings are as follows: 1.Different divisions in adolescence subcultures show significant difference, but there is no significant difference in different genders and grades. 2.Different genders and divisions show significant difference in school life adjustment, but there is no significant difference in different grades. 3.There's a significantly positive relationship between the adolescence subcultures and school life adjustment of vocational students. 　　According to the conclusions and findings above, to make specific recommendations as the references of education, teaching and counseling and follow-up research.
