Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 102 === This is a technical report of an industry-academy cooperation project with establishing the competency model and training package for advertising and marketing professionals in the tourism industry as its research topic. The research object is advertising and marketing personnel in tourism. And the aim is to discuss establishing and clarifying the rights, responsibilities and competency of advertising and marketing professionals in tourism through interview and DACUM method. The training package is planned by the competency model of the advertising and marketing professionals, and the employees, after taking the training package, will be expected to have clearer understanding of the separation of rights and responsibilities in their positions in order to improve their job competency, increase the company’s production value and profit, and raise the overall competitiveness of the industry. This research has created the analysis, category and construction models of the competency model and training package, providing a reference report for future researchers in the academic and industrial fields. It is also expected that each industry could establish its own standard competency model and training package in the future to foster more high quality human resources.
