Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 102 === With the ever-changing economic environment, if an organization wants to maintain its competitiveness, it must have a well-planned training program to gain new knowledge, skills and attitudes, and through the development of different types of career competency models, it will contribute to the development and evaluation of its shortcomings, thereby corresponding to different types of training to strengthen the organizational talent system. The training officer plays a key role in the organization's training; therefore, the purpose of this research is to construct a competency model for the training officer, and in accordance with the needs of professional training programs using such a model, to improve the training officer's ability to conduct training and human resource development, and through the development of such a model, to serve as a future reference of creation for other categories, to develop other types of career competency models, and to strengthen the organization's human resource development. This study collects expert opinions via competency-based interviews and DACUM, summarizes the main responsibilities and implications of the personnel training officer, creates a competency model, and lastly, develops a basic training package using the model.
