The purpose of this study is to design experiments for research medium formulation to gaining the best elements of the proportion of medium formulation then get the maximum amount of biomass.The respective elements of the study was carbon (glucose), nitrogen (Yeast extract), microelement (MgSO4).For biomass maximize research, the most efficient way to find the least cost of production parameters to achieve the best yield of the largest, and allows stable product quality. In this study, three standard three-factor experimental design to carbon, nitrogen, trace elements as a factor. ANOVA analysis of experimental data, a significant factor, by regression analysis to identify important influence affecting biomass dry weight variables and forecast mode and optimized to get the best medium proportions, and finally confirmation test. After improving the results of this study show that the best of the best medium ratio is carbon 10%, nitrogen1%, microelement 0.01%, making the original biomass dry weight yield 3.54g / l increased by 66.7%, reaching 5.90g / l. 方正中 學位論文 ; thesis 44 zh-TW
