This study was divided into 2 phases to implement and 3 months for each phase. This study was divided into 2 phases to implement and 6 months for all stages of the implementation. It was carried out in small groups and 8 times activities of Project Adventure for each phase,once every week. The first phase was Adventure Experience Phase, and the second phase was Restarting Phase. In addition, the implementing difficulties and coping strategies were used as the reference to implement and improve the second phase. Moreover, this study adopted observation, interview, relevant documents and daily logs for self-reflection to collect data and carry out analysis. The research resulted revealed: 1. Adventure Experience Phase –The Little Sun Homes: in this phase, it will analyze the difficulties in terms of these 4 aspects of the Attitude of Group Participation - team dynamics, members’ interpersonal interaction competence, planning of activity and course and leadership, and plan the improving strategies. The problems discovered in this phases which came from members’ continuous challenges to the team norms, as well as leaders’ lack of experiences who wouldn’t objectively cope with members’ situations and looked after their own expectation. 2. Restarting Phase –The Emerald Homes: used the implementing experiences of Little Sun Family Homes as the starting point for this phase, and discovered that, through experiences in the first phase, leaders’ leadership have somewhat improved, but there’re still occurred these following problems: (1) Due to the significant age gap in members, it yielded the responsive contrast for their cognitive difference; (2) Members’ varied emotional responses are lack of observation and logical thinking pattern; (3) Members would hold their own standpoint rather than others’ and confused about their future; (4) Leaders’ lack of acuity and careless observation would cause them to selectively listen to members’ opinions with neglecting members’ thoughts of their hearts. In response to these problems, the researchers proposed various solutions strategies to improve the situation, constantly reflect on the achieve improvement and problem-solving spirit of action research. 3. Development and Change in Research Participants: (1) To improve Single-Parent Homes members’ Attitude of Group Participation and Team Coherence; improve their interpersonal interaction competence and chemistry between each other to appreciate others; improve their attitude about facing problems and their problem-solving ability; and make members to be more actively and to have more intentions in order to build up their confidence to take challenges. (2) Institutions would be inspired with the teaching and intervention methods to obtain an「enabling」, as well as make social workers to more understood about the intervention for case families; Can be accompanied children with love. (3) Confidence increased, and acute observation ability and leading skills of team activities improved for the researcher, as well as incubated the attitude to make frequent self-reflection and care about members’ learning.
