Based on the situated learning theory, cognitive learning theory, and learning effect theory, this research tries to figure out the reflection on interaction with their family, the influence of accommodation by educational reform, and the relationship with the effect of rehabilitation and counseling for juvenile inmates in order to construct systematic analysis process. This study conducts questionnaire survey and individual interview, selecting the juvenile inmates in Ming Yang high school as the study subject and issuing 280 questionnaire copies to them. The questionnaire copies collected are 260 in total. After eliminating invalid ones, this study obtains 234 valid copies of questionnaire, making the effective response rate of 83.57%. The information about this research was analyzed in statistics by Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA). The hypotheses were test by mutual regression, Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and Sobel test. The study results are explained as follows: 1. The reflection on interaction with their family and the educational reform are significantly correlated. 2. The reflection on interaction with their family and the effect of rehabilitation and counseling are significantly correlated. 3. The educational reform and the effect of rehabilitation and counseling are significantly correlated. 4. As the educational reform to be the intermediate variable, the reflection on interaction with their family, the effect of rehabilitation and counseling, and the educational reform are mutually significantly correlated. There is Mediating effect. The result of Sobel test is significant(Z=9.150, Z>|1.96|, P<0.05) and accepts the hypotheses of the mediation between the variables. According to the result of this study, the suggestions and concrete proposals for correction school are provided to achieve the goals of penalty and improve the effect of rehabilitation and counseling.
