In view of C.G.A is the largest provider of public services , Not only the establishment of standardized , professional and friendly service mode , but also have to meet compulsory military personnel requirements and correspond with the social expectations as a basis.then hope to create a new workplace with " quality , safety , humanity ," alltogether.
Therefore, this study through questionnaire to find out conscripted soldiers feel satisfied with their service quality,also because of the satisfaction become to serve loyally C. G. A. and so affect the willingness to serve volunteer officers.according to suggestions and strategies will provide C. G.A in the development.
After verification and analysis of C.G.A to make recommendations on their attitudes and behavior that should really understand and get the needs of the soldiers of compulsory military service,in order to improve service quality,meet obligations
Soldiers expectations.coupled with the establishment of the service members a good
Interactive relationship;naturally arising due recongnition and willingness to stay C. G. A. and establish positive virtue,heartily recommend to others or relative to serve volunteer offers.
According to suggestions and strategies will provide Coast Guard Administration in the development of " To enhance the effectiveness of internal management services " and offer the administrative decision-making reference .
