To build up military forces is to build up combat power, and building military forces is relying on logistics. Both of the situation in Taiwan and China are getting moderation than ever, significantly reduces the possibility of armed conflict after government has promoted prospectively on China Policy since President Ma has inaugurated in May 2008; however, "quantities", "qualities" and "Combat capabilities" are the principle of Army built in human resource at Ministry of Defense due to the changes of nation in political and economic situation. After the military experience, "refining program," "two National Defense related laws" enacted being conducted with engraved "Enhancement Program" re-engineering of the organization, the organization is developing the direction of flat and modern power. Warranty management is an important of maintaining the equipment. Kinds of equipment of the Armed Forces must be unified by a universal factory for repairing and using a unified facilities, to make the most economic for the concept of the cost-effectives. The Army set up the command of regional support, responsible for field joint factory warranty, including areas A, B and C joint factory warranty. Joint factory warranty (hereinafter collectively referred to UNPROFOR Factory) is responsible for the armed forces in the areas of general equipment warranty accrual field, and take the responsibility of regional armed forces General Equipment Maintenance line supervisory. UNPROFOR separate to analyze the application of information systems and deploy for the preparation of other plant employees (officers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers, hiring staff). Research and punishments, according to make a plan, have standards in appropriate uses, so that the human condition in the most economical and fastest way to finish all the jobs. And use the working hours, measurement techniques, and gradually to verify a single piece of work, work to build the case, according to the industry, so that each of the operating units can be obtained with the use of manpower in a timely manner. The study of the research is based on the Southern Army serving in a factory warranty UNPROFOR, as the way of questionnaires manner to verify the results of research and analysis, to explore the relevance of personnel "staff''s willingness to leave after the organizational restructuring." Through these studies, discovered and summarized the powerful contentions and methods to improve the ambition that staff are willing to stay in.
