Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 102 === This study is aimed to explore the relationship among leisure participation, work adjustment and well-being of the military personnel in a military institute of technology. Different context variables (gender, rank and seniority) were discussed with leisure participation, work adjustment and well-being. A survey was conducted in this research to get the data for the statistical analysis. The quantitative data was used for descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, Independent-Sample T Test, correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The results showed that: increase leisure participation of military personnel will also enhance work adjustment, and the leisure participation and work adjustment if improved, will also enhance the well-being. The study also pointed out that the extent of the impact of dynamic leisure activities is even higher than the static impact, therefore, may encourage military personnel to participate in the dynamic leisure activities.
