This leads to the imbalance between supply and demand for students through all educational stages, making the educational system facing an inevitably strict examination from the market mechanism, and the educational mode has changed accordingly. To ensure the teaching quality of professors, pursue in teaching excellence, and improve the performance of educating, teaching evaluation has become one key item that Ministry of Education put stress on lately. Thus, this research gathered the teaching evaluation data through academic year 98~101 from H technological university, by reviewing its pivot table, to see which variables might affect the teaching evaluation scores of professors, and discover if any significant difference. And then, apply the ANOVA and Chi-square analysis to verify the relation between these variables. This research is to investigate the relation between professor and teaching subject, department, year of class, hoping to provide the best teaching quality through better teaching arrangement for professors. The research findings as followed: 1.There’s significant difference in teaching evaluation scores on the professors of the department given by students from different department 2.There’s no significant relation between professor’s course arrangement and year of class within the same department 3.There’s no significant relation between professor’s course arrangement and teaching subject within the same department 4.There’s significant difference in each professor’s teaching evaluation score within the same department 5.There’s significant difference in scoring of professors among students of different year of class within the same department 6.There’s significant difference in scorings of different subjects within the same department Finally, according to the findings, offer suggestions to universities and future researches as references while carrying out teaching evaluation. 胡舉軍 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 144 zh-TW |
