碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 102 === Bkav eOffice Gov System is one of the most popular software which used in administrative office manegement, Vietnam. This system has been deploying in Ministry of Information and Communications for 3 years and it brings more effectiveness for office administrative in that. The purpose of this thesis is to identify factors which may be affected to user acceptance to users who used Bkav eOffice Gov System in Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam. Otherwise, the thesis also study how are the factors influenced the acceptance of applying Bkav eOffice Gov System and the relationship each others between thoses factors: perceive easy of use, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention to use and actual use of the system. In order to examine proposed research model, the author conducted a survey by delivering questionnaires to 250 users from 30 units in MIC. After eliminating poor quality responses, there was left 212 effective samples. The results indicated that: perceived easy of use has positively related to perceived usefulness; perceived usefulness has positively related to behavioral intention to use, and behavioral intention to use has positively related to actual use of the Bkav eOffice Gov System in Ministry of Information and Communications.
