碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to explore and investigate empirically the relationships between information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and continuance intention to use the training management software - Edusoft at Ha Tay Community College (HTCC). The DeLone and McLean Information System Success model, TAM model and Wixom & Todd model are studied and applied into a new model of the research. The quantitative method is conducted in the research with the questionnaire survey. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The results also show there are a high positive relationship between user satisfaction and continuance intention to use the software.
