Smart devices based on the design of embedded system are booming. These devices are gradually used in our life, including the office, the family and vehicle space, etc. They provide specific information services to make people''s lives more secure, comfortable and convenient. These smart devices, following different operating standard protocols, provide heterogeneous services inside the smart space, and achieve the goal of the smart space. Currently, there are many related protocols, such as Jini, Upnp, and DLNA. To satisfy the users’ diverse needs, interoperations among various smart devices are necessary to reach the demands of smart space. To make these heterogeneity services interoperate with each other, a unified interface and a management mechanism are needed to control these resources effectively. The paper proposes a management mechanism and a deployment platform for managing intelligence services of smart space to let the heterogeneity transparent, to allow users to operate management smart space services easily, to increase user’s convenience, and to reduce supplier’s development costs in order to improve resource utilization of smart space.
