| Summary: | 碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 102 === This study aimed to explore the key preferences factors of passenger on North Taipei
City Bus. In addition, present study reviewed the relevant literatures, the integration
of expert advices and applied Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct the
weights of the key preferences factors of passenger on North Taipei City Bus. AHP is
widely used in many criteria decision making methods, and the measure and dealing
with conflicts between the criteria. AHP could be to solve complex, subjective
uncertainty assessment decision problem through the integration of diversity issues.
Subjects divided into three groups involved students, office workers and the elder
people. By sort weighting of key preferences factor of passenger on North Taipei City
Bus, the order is ”safety”, “service”, and “convenience”. In the second level, the most
important key preferences factors are “safe driving behavior”, “no ladder designˮ,
“notice for next stopˮ, “convenient waiting areas”, “appropriate handle and handrail”.
The research results could provide the public transport operators as a reference
guideline.
