The main topics include: (1) the integrated design of stacking and conveying device, (2) control system visual checking and (3) the optimization for parameter of system (angle, tension, loading of vacillating arm and speed). The system of stacking the finished product is to use the way of ascending and descending platen to send the finished product to the conveying system. The control system is to adopt two operational modes, i.e. counting function and continued operation. Counting function combines visual checking will enable a good and efficient conveying of finished product. As to continued operation, it will be able to obtain a much higher efficiency for conveying. This type of stacking conveying unit will be integrated and to be used on the system of high speed First-aid Adhesive Plaster Making Machine. As to the aspect of parameter optimization, it is used by Taguchi Method for probing into the optimal combination of angle, tension, load on vacillating arm and speed. 林守儀 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW
