碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 102 === In recent years, Global information industry is booming, electronic products have been inseparable from the personal life, because product life cycles are getting shorter, the major plants are using the multinational division policy, Electronics Foundry exert a pivotal role in the global supply chain in Taiwan. This study’s purpose is that to research values of work and satisfaction of job make an impact on the career development of Taiwan System-Provider Company’s engineers. We can provide the proposal to System-Provider Company by this paper , and it will raise company’s competitive strength. This research’s object is engineers of Electronic Manufacturing Services. They are probed if values of work and satisfactions of job influence engineer’s career development. We detect that values of work and satisfactions of job have noticeable mutuality with engineer’s career development. The conclusion is verified by questionnaires, descriptive statistics, Independent-Samples t Test, one -way ANOVA, Pearson, LSD and other relevant comparative law analysis.
