In order to promote the development of local characteristics, the government provides initial funding and grants to revitalize local cultural industries. From the local cultural museum established a few years, there are a lot of bad phenomenon, such as raising mosquitoes in museum. This topic is worthy to research in depth. As the focus and purpose of the establishment of the local cultural museum, it is related with local context closely. Therefore we can say is a living teaching materials other than books. Through investment and participation of students, they exchange with respondents to generate 'point', interact with their family to generate 'line', and then combine with industries between different regions to generate 'face'. Allow closer integration of compulsory education and local cultural museum, would be steadily take the pace of innovation for their own from everyday life, continue and delivery their local future. This study attempts to involve self-growth the local environment, the local spiritual and cultural in compulsory education. So that children in the learning environment can be accepted integration of local culture and upbringing and then constructed to the life value of their own. Understand life value and characteristics and not lose myself in the face of globalization, the era of knowledge explosion, so that they often pursue and follow blindly. Make local cultural museum push ahead with local cultural heritage and then combines compulsory education, integrates residents, collaborates industrial cooperation to address the basic concepts for integration of local spiritual and cultural and cultural heritage.
