Abstract
Festival tourism has became a method to promote leisure tourism industry, many local and national governments use festival events to attract travelers, extend tourist season, enlarge economic benefits. This research attempts to analyze the importance of travelers expected to participate in the festival events, the differences of experience in satisfaction for revisiting willingness
In empirical analysis, this research used questionnaires, and data was collected from 2009 Sinpu persimmon festival, questionnaires were given to participant of 2009 Sinpu persimmon. In the 387 valid questionnaires, the analyzed results point out that participant's expectation and satisfaction of participate in the festival event have significant differences in willingness to revisit, and there are two key indicators which affect the result most were participant’s satisfaction of the fastival event and time stay on the event. Moreover, in the future, Sinpu persimmon festival should continue improve marketing management, environmental planning, and other factors which could affect participant's revisiting willingness, in order to make Sinpu persimmon festival to be attractive festival event.
