| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 102 === In the recent years, more and more enterprise concentrate in the core businesses, therefore the companies have started to do technology information outsourcing, in order to costs down and increase efficiency. Hence, the risk of information outsourcing has become increasingly important as a result.
Research for the study of IT outsourcing in the past, mostly focus on the success factors of IT outsourcing, IT outsourcing research vendor selection decisions relations, etc., the relative risk in IT outsourcing how it happened on the causes, effects, issues, and practices study occurred in response to IT outsourcing risk is seldom.
This study analyzes the potential risk factors of Information Systems outsourcing in bank financial business by reviewing literature from Taiwan and abroad, and the reference from the practical work.
The results of this study found that changes in demand, the lack of effective project management, the lack of a sense of customer participation, high complexity and information technology outsourcing risk positive relationship exists.
