This theses focus on key factors of consumer using fourth generation mobile communication services (LTE, Long Term Evolution) in Taiwan. According expert's literature to construction evaluation criteria, the key factors of consumers select fourth generation mobile communications service are "Mobile users", "Mobile value-added service", "Mobile operators" and "Mobile device". Accordingly, the study adopts Delphi Method and ANP (Analytic Network Process) to construct the fourth generation mobile communication service assessment criteria of priority ranking, the results to provide recommendations for operator's reference. The study concluded that the "Mobile users" (34.1%) is most important factor of consumer using fourth generation mobile communication services. Top 10 factors stand for "Real-time information", "Entertainment", " Level of education ", "Personal income," "Service quality" and "Monthly rate", "Age", "Customer service", "E-mail", " Mobile payments". Operators hope that the 4G mobile service, with several times of bandwidth and speed than 3G, can provide users with better communication services. Operators should focus on upgrade network coverage and provide multi types of the 4G terminals to attract consumer use of 4G mobile communications services.
