Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 新聞學研究所(含碩專班) === 102 === In recent years, international volunteers engaged in growing numbers, past studies mostly started with such concept “service-learning”, however, the meaning and impact of international volunteers has changed in the context of the Internet, globalization and modernity. This article started from liquid modernity as the point of view, focuses on concepts of self-reflexivity and capital theory, interviewed 12 AIESEC participants in Shih Hsin University. This study found each esteem on self-reflexivity in returnees, and also found it opened a whole-new faith and developed life-style and strategies on students, meanwhile, accumulation and recreation of capital for students are observed during international volunteered society.
