The implications of such trend are included lower economic growth, fewer labors, fewer tax return, and much depression in education and baby product industries. Not only the major countries, but also Taiwan must concern in the future. This study is trying to understand the reasons which are related to the fertility desire of the high-tech employees, who have high salary, high education, and high pressure, expect financial factor. In addition, this study further discusses the associations between the Taipei City’s "Help you have a good pregnancy" policy and the fertility desire of the High-Tech employees. Through literature review and in-depth interview, this study explores the reasons that affect the fertility desire of the High-Tech employees. The results show that: 1. The participants without child do not know the "Help you have a good pregnancy" policy very well. 2. The participants consider that the"Help you have a good pregnancy" policy does not have impact on their fertility desire. 3. The participants show the high willingness to utilize the programs which are provided from the "Help you have a good pregnancy" policy.
