| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 社會工作碩士班 === 102 === This research is intended for building the concept of “Professional Military Self-Concept”. The proposed military studies are mostly focused on military organization, military profession and relation between military and society. It is relatively lack of the self-awareness of military profession. Thus, this study uses the theory of self-concept to research on military profession. With empirical research, we discuss the difference of volunteer military and sergeant on the “Professional Military Self-Concept”. The results show that there is different levels of “Professional Military Self-Concept” due to the factor of population statistics. Results also show that “Professional Military Self-Concept” is highly correlated with “self-achievement”, “self-society”, “self-profession”, and “self-military”.
