Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 人權碩士學位學程 === 102 === Because of the changing times, the form of labor is also changing. Nowadays, Taiwan's industrial structure is mainly base on the service industry. Under the trend of neo-liberalism, resulting in a change in labor flexibility--atypical workers is increasing. It has become one of the very important issues in labor-related issues. The researcher takes education service industry as an example with qualitative research method to understand and analyze the motivation and the situation of the atypical workers by interviewing with eleven atypical workers in cram school education service. The theoretical framework is divided into four different forms, naming a similar typical class, SOHO, cross-similar-typical-and-SOHO, and Freeter, for the current situation of atypical workers. The researcher can analyze four different aspects of the same atypical work, in order to make further understanding the delicate situation of atypical work. The results found that atypical workers in cram school education service mostly volunteer to be this kind of the atypical labor. There are also nearly only atypical works offering in cram school education service industry. That’s why atypical workers become a majority in this educational service area. However, the atypical workers in cram school education service are usually satisfied with their salary and life style. In addition, four different types of atypical work may change to other types by the degree of the support from the organization or the uniqueness in an individual labor.
