NFC has been one of the payment types now and expects to become the mainstream in the future. Many enterprises try to understand the reasons for customers to adopt the technology of NFC. In order to accomplish the needs of new generations’ consumer characteristics of “Security”. Expected to bring new consumer experience. It can offer the new technology experience for consumer convenience and business transactions.
In this paper, we advanced extend-unified theory of acceptance and use of technology to explain the user willingness to adopt NFC payment. This research would like to explore the attitudes of user behavior to the NFC payment system via the structural equation model. Therefore, this research will expect to contribute firms to develop related strategies for promoting the NFC payment.
Finally, the result of the study expects to reduce the cost, increase the service quality, and strengthen competitiveness of enterprises.
