| Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 會計學系 === 102 === In this study, I use the evaluation mechanism derived from the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) constituent stocks as an exploring tool of corporate social responsibility practices to analyze Chunghwa Telecom’s corporate social responsibility activates and engagement. In addition, I also employ the assessment components of the constituent stocks of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index related to the Division in 2012 to investigate the difference of disclosure quality of current information . This study could help Chunghwa Telecom to improve the shortcoming and strengthen its disclosure quality. Besides, it could provide the related reference for other companies aiming for including into the Dow Jones sustainability index (DJSI) constituent stocks.
