The bank transfer payment method includes on-line credit cards, ATM transfer, WEBATM and the third party transfer (ibon and famiport).However, pay upon delivery is another payment deal that the logistic companies on behalf of accounts payable payment receive the payment. The aim of this research is to conclude the key influence on how to choose the payment method of an on-line shopping company based on the current market situation in Taiwan. According to the research status, more than 50% of the revenue of on-line shopping companies are paid by two payment method one is pay upon delivery and the other is the third party payment. Therefore, this is the basic service that an on-line shopping company needs to provide and most of the companies use the third party like convenience stores for customers to pick up and pay the goodsin Taiwan to extend their servicethrough this kind of physical stores. However, the on-line payment can be predicted increasing by more and more orders from overseas in the future especially from China. Base on the above status, this research can be a reference for an on-line shopping company to choose a payment platform during setting up the company.
