| Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 財務工程與精算數學系 === 102 === From the perspective of group supervision, this study investigates related regulations in the Insurance Core Principles (ICPs) of International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) and of EU’s Solvency II. We compare current insurance group types in Taiwan and explore the differences between domestic regulations, ICPs and Solvency II. In order to follow the international norms of insurance supervisions step by step, we suggest a set of group regulations for non-financial holding companies could be added to domestic insurance supervisory system and the transparency of insurance groups and their public disclosures shall be improved.
