In that case, the traditional shopping method has inevitably clashed with the on-line shopping one. Therefore, the application issues of importation right and distribution right regarding on-line shopping under the Copyright Act of R.O.C. undoubtly need to be re-examed in order to make the most out of the purpose of our Copyright Act has originally established. Finding ways to accomdate the new rising on-line shoppong trend in the old importation right and distribution right under the Copyright Act of R.O.C. can not be delayed, since we are going to play the new game we have to play it fair, for the sake of everyone in the game. So as to have a comprehensive study in the application issues of importation right and distribution right regarding on-line shopping under the Copyright Act of R.O.C., this thesis will be divided in three major chapters. The first one being the introduction of the importation right and distribution right under the Copyright Act of R.O.C., and both the difficulites foreseeable and thoes already happening regarding on-line shopping method in our country. The second chapter will inspect existing rules, judgements, changes in legislations of other countries such as United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and European Union. The third chapter will discuss the possible direction regarding the application issues under the Copyright Act of R.O.C. our own legislators could strive for.
