Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 102 === Internet development by the end of September ,2012 shows that the Taiwan, Penghu,Kinmen and Matsu areas has reached 536 million broadband users. Broadband subscribers alone has increased by 40,000.The fiber broadband subscriber growth rate has gradually slowed down . The population of regular Internet users in Taiwan, Kinmen and Matsu are now more than 11 million people. With frequent Internet usage, we can see that cloud computing is more important than before. Each family, company, and even the local government is promoting the popularity of cloud computing future schools, Cloud computing has completely changed the behavior of social organizations and the operation of SMEs. The cost of cloud computing today is only a small part of the total IT spending so far. It is proximately in total 3 % so far, but this market continues to grow at this moment. According to research firm Gartner a survey indicated that global spending on public cloud computing service has grown 18.5% in 2013. There were $ 111 billion in 2013 and $131 billion in 2014. It shows an increase $20 billion from 2013 to 2014. The researchers noticed that the importance of cloud computing today is closely related to social development. The researcher wants to explore the cloud space provider currently and find out what they provide to the users regarding the use of spaces and rates. If SMEs want to use cloud computing in the future, they can get this useful information quickly. It also allows SMEs to understand the current status of using cloud space and their acceptance of cloud computing space. It will allow SMEs to accelerate in the ranks of e-marketing. SME users can access cloud services via a browser, desktop or mobile application. The researcher believes that cloud computing enables companies to deploy cloud applications easily. It also can reduce the company's IT department’s complex issues and cloud space maintenance costs. It also copes with the change of business needs. SMEs usually lack substantial amounts of money. By using these existing cloud computing systems, it will enable SMEs to achieve minimum capital expenses of e- offices. I think it would be a great boon for Taiwan's SMEs development.
