On the other hand, with the popularity of the Internet and information and communication technology, the use of E-government services has gradually increased. These E-government services have been considered to be an important mechanism to promote public confidence. How the government uses the Internet and the communication network to enhance the quality of public services and the interaction between the government and its citizens are becoming important issues which attract the public's concern and attention. This paper investigates the volunteers’ satisfaction in using the Voluntary Service Integration Information System. The analysis was done by means of the Hybrid Information Technology Acceptance Model. The result of the research shows that the top two factors of technology acceptance are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The system user’s personal qualities and technology acceptance are not differing in relation to user satisfaction. In the correlation aspect, user satisfaction is correlated to Internet experience and education; in personal traits, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use correlate with user satisfaction. The best predictors are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and service quality. Four amendments to be made are proposed for the E-government information system.
