Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊傳播工程學系 === 102 === With the development of information technology, the smart phones get more and more common and the speed of mobile telecommunication Internet gets higher. The Instant Messenger software on traditional Personal Computer can’t satisfy the users in the need of receiving instant messages. And the Instant Messenger software on phones play the important roles in new communication. The research uses Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the research framework to study the users of smart phones. And the effective samples are 533 copies. The research adopts questionnaires collected from the users on their intention, acceptance, and state. Finally, suggestions and practical implications of the research findings for port authorities are discussed.
