In this environment, Taiwan's domestic industry faces problems related to restructuring and technological upgrades, so companies have begun to focus on management and training of human resources. Enterprises in order to improve the knowledge, attitudes and technical capacity of staff, have offered several vocational training courses for employees to enhance their skills, and this study investigates the different background and training of staff working conditions and shows how the effectiveness and results of such training will vary.
This study was to obtain a valid and objective fairness sample data, and administer convenience sampling questionnaires. The participating subjects include those participating in vocational training in Kaohsiung and Pingtung in the manufacturing and service sectors. The questionnaires is not limited to a specific department within the enterprise staff, but is rather distributed into three questionnaires for each vendor and were marked applicable for high-end, mid-level and junior officers to understand the differences in training effectiveness.
The empirical results of the analysis found that: The effectiveness of the training programs did not significantly vary based on employee’s personal background, gender and education level, but rather varied based on employee age. Furthermore, within a department no significant variance was displayed for employees working under different conditions, but rather significant differences were observed based on the timing of the employment.
