Therefore, the most important topic for company is to enhance work performance and retain outstanding employees. The major purpose of this study is to investigate the association among employability of employees, achievement motivation and turnover intention, then to develop an employability, achievement motivation and turnover intention of integrating behavioral patterns. If this integrated model can be validated, not only to master the current staff the employment status of power and achievement motivation, but effectively predict the behavior of employee turnover and help to improve human anti eliminated problem. It would benefit staff motivation, personnel training and human resources to develop relevant strategies.
1250 employees of the case company were recruited by quota sampling to partici-pate in this survey. All questionnaires were conducted on an on-line survey system and paper sheets. The number of valid returned questionnaires were 843 and response rate was 67.4%. The results showed that employability negatively affected turnover inten-tion; employability positively affected achievement motivation; achievement motivation played a partly mediating role among employability and turnover intention; the significant of employability, achievement motivation and turnover intention were different for people with different personalities.Finally, the results of the study could be provided for businesses and future research.
