Unfortunately, the satisfaction of search results can be effected by lots of factors, such as past experience, user intention, users involvement and keyword understandings. The user intention might be users’ behavioral intention, which includes recognition, affection, and imagery. Another expected factor is“involve theory”, including product, personal experience and situation.Different involvement might also change the user's search motivations and patterns. This study aims to understand the relationships among user intention, varied involvements and the choice of search utilities based on Task-technology fit (TTF) theory.
