Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 勞工關係學系 === 102 === The purpose of this research is to study the influences of Alternative Military Service men’s in personality trait, work value to employability. In the 297 surveys that researchers passed out to Alternative Military Service men in the Taipei Alternative Military Service Center, 263 surveys (approximately 88.5% of valid questionnaires collected) were carefully selected into data file for research. Through research, date were analysis by utilized Factor Analysis, T-test, Variance Analysis,Correlation Analysis, and Regression Analysis. According to the above statistic analysis, the three findings that we concluded are as follows:
1. Alternative Military Service men’s feeling towards personality trait , work value and employability differ by their backgrounds.
2 . There is a significant relationship between Alternative Military Service men’s personality trait , work value and employability.
3 . Alternative Military Service men’s positive personal traits are helpful in creating positive work values. In addition, it enhances their career path planning and their sense of work responsibility, which is performed through basic work ability and attitude.
According to the above results, the research has put forth some recommendations for the Alternative Military Service men’s service agency to consider and applying to their program. In addition, researchers also suggest that Alternative Military Service men should develop their work skills during their service at the agency in preparation for their future career path. Lastly, we invite anyone who might be interested in conducting further research in this subject area to contact us and give us suggestions, questions, or comments regarding this matter.
