Additionally, this research invited ten domestic private airline pilots and trainers as panelists to give them examinations for the three rounds of expert questionnaire. After the final data’s analysis made use of Mode to summarize the central tendency of experts’ advices, we could discover the experts’ consensuses from different competencies’ levels and items. Consequently, the results of aviation pilots’ competencies models should have the following items: Foundational competency tier1.Personal Effectiveness Competencies:Focus on details, self-control, achievement motivation, integrity and ethics, and the motivation of flight. tier2.Academic Competencies:Reading comprehension, logics and inferences, and inductive capabilities. tier3.Workplace Competencies:Teamwork, resistance to stress, adaptation and flexibility, active learning, communication , judgment and decision-making, and solve complex problems. Industry Related competency tier4.Industry-Wide Technical Competencies:Obey the procedures, securities, and the knowledge of transportation. tier5.Industry-Sector Technical Competencies:the knowledge of geographies, aviation environments, and the principles of flight. Occupation Related competency tier6.Occupation-Specific Knowledge Competencies:the professional English capabilities of flights, the systems of Computers and the knowledge of electronic facilities, the mechanical knowledge, and the meteorological knowledge. tier7.Occupation-Specific Technical Competencies:the accuracy of control, operation, and the techniques of control. tier8.Occupation-Specific Requirements:the coordination of bodies, a sense of space and direction, the reaction of multi-information, and the sensitivity of problems. tier9.Management Competencies:Leadership, management and planning, and supervision.
