Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際貿易學系 === 102 === International marketing has played a way for today's commercial potential of its businesses, the trend of globalization of labor caused by work stress is becoming a se-rious problem, stress in the workplace has to transcend the barriers of borders of global issues, work stress levels of development in different countries are for the problem to be faced. This study is to examine the extent of the difference between the country and the degree of development of the national development sales destination for the relationship between international sales personnel and work stress. The questionnaires were sent by way of personally and mailed to the international sales personnel who has the experience in sales of goods or services to foreign country. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent, for a total recovery of 304 copies, and remove the invalid questionnaires filled out by 16, for a total of 288 valid questionnaires. In order to test the relationship between the degree of national development and international sales personnel’s work stress, this study use human development index which is published by the United Nations to refer to the corresponding indicators to sin-gle factor analysis of variance(One-Way ANOVA). Discovered that when in higher level of development of the country of destination of sales, international sales personnel’s work stress increases, and, while the level of development when the greater the differ-ence between the two countries, its personnel’s work stress is greater.
