Description
Summary:碩士 === 亞東技術學院 === 應用科技研究所 === 102 === This study is based on development of environmental awareness. Using ionic liquids to dissolve green pineapple leaf fiber which is made from agricultural wastes to regenerated cellulose fibers. The regenerated cellulose fiber was prepared through dry - wet spinning process. The target of this study is the development of environmental friendly and energy-efficiency regenerated cellulose fiber manufacturing process. Use water-soluble sodium hydroxide and ethanol as solvent for pretreatment and purification of cellulosic. The purity of α-cellulose reaches over 90% , and using ionic liquids 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([EMIM] OAc) as green solvents to dissolve cellulose at 80 ° C, the solubility of pineapple leaf fiber is 7.5wt% and cotton cellulose is 15%. In addition, due to the high price of green solvent ionic liquids, this experiment has successfully synthesized [EMIM]OAc which has good solubility in cellulose and use dry - wet spinning to spun dry strength at 2.2 gf / den, break elongation at 8.4%, fiber fineness at 3.1 den; wet strength at 1.5 gf / den, break elongation at 11.3%, fiber fineness at 3.3 den regenerated cellulose fiber, and construct a complete environmental process to facilitate a sustainable development of regenerated cellulose.
