Summary:碩士 === 僑光科技大學 === 國際貿易運籌研究所 === 102 === This study adopts the method of action research to explore the procedures of involving picture books and fairy tales in character education, and review its validity and effectiveness. The study is carried out in the class of 24 students, the core subjects of character was set to appreciation ; the data were collected and analyzed through teaching observation, interview, recording, learning records, course feedbacks, the results show that: 1.Picture books and fairy tales are appropriate to junior elementary students for character education. 2.The application of picture books and fairy tales can elevate the performance of appreciation for junior elementary students.
