Firstly, the model of dental restoration device is sliced and produces mask images of each sliced layers by mask generation software. Secondly, the slurry including the zirconia powder, Plasticizer and photopolymer will be synthesized for fabricating the dental restoration devices by the three-dimensional printing system. After two stage sintering process treatment, the green parts made of zirconia oxide had an average shrinkage rate of 23% in three direction and excellent mechanical properties.
