Spinning pump is one kind of gear pump. Slip is a phenomenon in gear pumps, and it consumes power of gear pump. Clearances are the major factor of slip. But reducing the dimensions of clearance will increase the viscous shear. This thesis focus on the relationship of displacement efficiency, the clearances and viscosity in a spur gear pumps. First, the model is established to analyze the slip of the gear pumps. Through CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic) analysis software Fluent^R to simulation gear pumps. Second, by changing parameters obtain different results of displacement and establishing regression equation.
