A current problem is to find manufacturers spindle operation is not stable, and therefore how to prevent failure of the spindle and the spindle to reduce the incidence of failures, but also be able to quickly find out which part of the spindle failure. In this paper, namely the use of reliability engineering Spindle conducted on temperature, dynamic, pre-press, etc. experimental testing and measurement, and then analyzed according to the experimental data values and found that these factors affect the accuracy of the spindle, the proportion accounted for balancing is the highest, so we first major improvement for balancing, you can get quite a significant improvement.
