Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 材料科學與綠色能源工程研究所 === 102 === In this study, Zinc Stannate powders were prepared by the sol–gel and coprecipitation method. The influences of different processing, activators, heat-treatment condition on the structure and luminescence were investigated.
The 2ZnO/SnO2 composite powders were formed by heating at 400~600oC. It was observed that suitable heat-treatment condition could improve the photocatalytic propertie of the powders and the degradation efficiency of azo dyes AO7.
After heating at 700oC–900 oC, the powder began crystalline into Zn2SnO4 phase, depending on the various processing. Under 327 nm excitation, the undoped and Ti-doped Zn2SnO4 had emission peaking at around 548 nm. The emission intensity, decay time and CIE coordinate were dependent on the processing, activator concentration and heat- treatment condition.
