This paper is major to design and analysis three kinds of punching mechanism and add a servo motor do speed fine tuning, It is integrate into the both punching, forging, extrusion, and bending a multifunction of punching machine, punching machine respectively, ball screw mechanism, crank mechanism, toggle mechanism, design of punching machine the same conditions by drive 1.2 tons die, input speed 60rpm, and various types of analysis on processing curve, major to fast punching slow back curve doing speed, acceleration and horsepower of comparison on servo punching, Three kinds of Vertical and horizontal motor horsepower analysis of comparison on servo ball screw mechanism, servo crank mechanism and servo toggle mechanism, finally get using punching process of fast punch slow back curve on smaller of motor power get faster speed and the same speed machining efficiency increases. Motor power of toggle punching mechanism less than crank punching mechanism and ball screw punching mechanism, design and analysis on toggle mechanism of prototype machine, The technical process for the multifunction puching mechanism is finished in the paper, reduce manufacture costs of punch equipment. 林博正 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 97 zh-TW
