Surface plasmon resonance sensor by refraction detection of metal film on the surface of a rate change so that the incident light resonance angle change to analyze the interaction between biological molecules. In this study, using surface plasmon resonance sensing technology to carry out bacterial concentration detection, at a fixed wavelength of the incident light detection of different concentration, the detecting resonance angle can change that change the object to be measured, and establish the relationship between the surface plasmon resonance angle and the bacterial concentration. Also with the determination of colonies number application method, spread plate, the different concentration with sterile water for dilution, colonies forming the dilution of the number, and to calculate the concentration of the bacteria from the number of colonies. Finally, based on the relation between the surface plasmon resonance angle and the number of colonies for rapid detection of bacterial concentration.
